To receive more relevant requests, it's a good idea to specify your pet and booking preferences. Here are preferences you can set and manage from your account:
- the maximum number of dogs you're comfortable watching per day
- pet size preferences
- whether you offer cat services
- whether you offer puppy services (dogs under 1 year old)
- your cancellation policy
To manage your pet preferences from a computer:
- Navigate to your profile and select the service where you want to modify pet preferences.
- Choose how many pets you’re able to care for at a time, opt in to cat care, or edit your availability and cancellation policy.
- Once you're done editing, select Save.
To manage pet preferences from the Rover app:
- Tap More, then Service settings.
- Locate the type of service you want to set preferences for, then tap Services below it.
- Choose how many pets you’re able to care for at a time, opt in to cat care, or edit your availability and cancellation policy.
- Tap Save when finished.
