How do I book with an owner or create a repeat booking?

Booking With an Owner

So a pet parent has contacted you through Rover, you had a great Meet & Greet, and you've both agreed to book. Either you or the owner can start the booking process. Here's how to do that as a sitter:

1. Navigate to your Inbox by selecting the envelope icon.

2. Under the Pending Requests tab, select the request you'd like to book.

3. In the gray box containing the request details select Book It Now.

4. A pop-up may appear to provide you with a few tips and tricks for a safe stay. Select Got it!

5. You're all set! The pet parent now has 72 hours to accept the request. Once they accept, their card will be debited for the whole cost of the stay. You'll receive the funds 48 hours after the final day of the stay.

 

Repeat Bookings

So a pet parent wants to book with you again—that’s great! You can make their next stay even better than the last by creating the new booking for them:

1. Navigate to your Inbox by selecting the envelope icon.

2. Select the Past Stays tab.

3. Locate the client you’d like to book with. Select Book Again.

4. Enter the service dates, write your client a message, and then select Create stay request.

5. Locate and select your new request under the Pending Requests tab. There you can adjust the service dates, dogs, and price before booking.

6. Select Book It Now to request payment from your client and finalize the booking.
