The relationship page shows all of your history with a pet owner in a single view. To access this page, open your conversation with the pet owner from your Rover inbox, then click or tap directly on their name.

From here, you can see:

• a full history of past and upcoming bookings, each labeled by the service type
• a Rebook button to create new bookings with the pet owner
• a list of their pets 
• a Notes section where you can include any important information about the client
