What information does Rover share?

Rover is committed to establishing a safe, worry-free environment that protects the privacy of sitters and pet parents alike.

For this reason, Rover displays no contact information until after a service has been booked. In some cases—when arranging a Meet & Greet, for example—a sitter or pet parent may choose to share an address or phone number before a service has been booked to ensure they're able to meet in person.

Even after the service has been booked, Rover maintains a strict policy. We display the sitter’s phone number and address if the service is scheduled to take place at the sitter’s home, and we display only a phone number if the sitter is will be traveling to the pet parent’s home.

For more information about how information is shared, read our Rover Privacy Policy.
