Can I respond to a review?

Verified reviews are a big part of what makes Rover a community that dog owners trust. With that in mind, reviews can’t be removed—but you can respond to any reviews you receive.

If you decide to respond, use this as an opportunity to show potential clients how trustworthy, friendly, and genuine you can be. You can turn a negative review into something positive and even attract new clients by responding in a professional way. You can check out our review policy here.

 

How to Respond to a Review

1. Navigate to your profile by selecting your name in the upper right corner of the screen. Select Profile.

 

2. Under account info, select View Profile.

3. Under reviews, select the blue Reply button next to the review you’re responding to.

4. Enter your response and select Reply.
