Who is eligible to receive this promo code?

This promotion is for people whose employers are enrolled in the Bright Horizons Back-Up Care Program offered to its employees.

 

How do I request back-up pet care?

You can request this in your Back-Up Care portal. Once you do this, you'll receive a promo code via email from Bright Horizons. 

 

Does this promo code expire?

Yes. The Back-Up Care Program is designed for you to request care when you need it. When you request to use Rover back-up pet care, you agree to redeem the promo code within 90 days of receiving the email from Bright Horizons.

 

Can I apply more than one Bright Horizons promo code to a booking?

My promo code amount was higher than the cost of my booking. Where is the remaining amount?
