As pet owners ourselves, we understand that the passing of a pet can be a saddening and challenging experience. To support you in this difficult time and remember your pet's time with us, we created an option to memorialize your pet's profile.

A memorialized pet profile will appear with a rainbow badge from the Profile section of your account under Pet Memorials. You can still view your pet's About Me section, as well as their photos and videos.

You can memorialize your pet's profile from a computer or your mobile device's web browser.

1. Select Profile from the menu,then scroll to the bottom and select Edit.
   
2. At the bottom of your pet profile, select Remove or memorialize this profile.
   
   
   
3. Check the box under Memorialize  [pet]'s profile, then select Continue.
   
   
   
4. Enter a date you want displayed on their profile. If you leave this blank, it will automatically include the date when you memorialized their profile. When finished, select Confirm.
   
   
   

    

You can view your pet's profile at any time by visiting the Profile section of your account under Pet Memorials.
