Starting March 8, 2023, eligible employees with Care for Business benefits through Care.com can use their Backup Care days to find and book pet care services on Rover. You can request Pet Backup Care on your member homepage. After completing the required steps, you’ll receive your Rover voucher code.

 Who is eligible to receive this promotion?

 This promotion is available to employees whose employers offer Pet Backup Care as a benefit through Care for Business. You'll know if you are eligible if you see the Pet Backup Care option on your Care.com member homepage. 

Does the voucher expire?

When you use a Backup Care day for pet care, you will need to redeem it within 90 days of receiving the code from Care. You can view the expiration dates of a voucher from your Rover account here.

Can I apply more than one voucher code to a booking?

Can new and existing Rover owners use these voucher codes?

Yes, as long as your employer has a partnership with Care.com.

Can I add this voucher to a booking that starts further out than 90 days? 

Care codes must be applied to a booking that starts before its expiration date. For example, if you received a code from Care for Business that expires on June 28, your booking must start before June 28.

What if I don’t use the entire voucher amount?

The remainder of the amount will stay in your account and can be used again before it expires. 

I’m having trouble applying my voucher code to a booking on Rover

Does this voucher work for any service on Rover?

Your voucher works on all Rover services except (where applicable) Day Care Centers and GoodPup services. Your voucher also cannot be used on the Rover Store. 

Can I apply a Care.com voucher to a past booking?

Care.com vouchers can only be used for upcoming bookings.
