Why am I receiving an error message when trying to add my phone number?

On Rover, a phone number can only be used on one account. If you’re trying to add a phone number and are receiving the error message, “This phone number is already registered,” chances are you may already have an account with Rover, or previously had an account with DogVacay.

Rover Support is happy to help get everything squared away--just contact our support team and be sure to include: 

  1. The email address of the account that you’re trying to add your phone number to.
  2. The phone number that you’re trying to add to your account.
