Rover Now exclusive requests allow previous clients to rebook with you. Once you receive the request, you have a specific window of time to accept it before Rover automatically contacts other pet care providers. Here's what the request looks like:
Like all Rover Now bookings, you only have to accept the requests that fit your availability. Simply select Accept or Decline at the top of the request, or disregard the request until it expires. You won't be penalized for not accepting Rover Now requests.
You'll be paid the same amount you normally receive for Rover Now bookings. To view how much you’ll earn, view the request or go to the Rates section of your Rover profile.
What does a Rover Now Exclusive request look like?
Rover Now allows your client to find care for their pet as soon as possible by notifying multiple local providers. You’ll see this in the Requests section of the Rover app.
Other booking requests will appear on the Pending section of your inbox. This is when a client requests to book with you directly.
