How can Rover Now walkers and sitters access my home?

When you submit a booking request through Rover Now, you'll be prompted to provide home entry instructions for your pet care provider. These instructions are only viewable to them on the day of the booking. 


It's up to you to decide how you'd like your sitter or walker to access your home. If you live in an apartment or condo, we recommend contacting your building manager in case they have any specific requirements for key exchange.

One way to safely store your keys is by using a lockbox. Lockboxes can only be opened using a code created by you. 


 If you have a lockbox, make sure you include your lockbox code in your home access instructions. You can edit this information at any time when you're submitting a new walk or drop-in request.
