Why am I receiving an AVS error message?

An AVS error message indicates that the billing address for your payment method doesn’t match the address that’s on file with your financial institution. Often times this is caused by a recent move, or the address just being entered in incorrectly. If you've moved recently, try re-submitting payment using your old address.

If the issue persists, we recommend contacting your financial institution to confirm your billing address, or using a different payment method.
