What if my sitter cancels a booking?

While it’s not ideal, every once in awhile a sitter or dog walker may need to cancel a booking. Don’t worry—we’ve got your back.

  • You will be refunded in full. If your sitter or dog walker is for whatever reason unable to watch or walk your dog and initiates a cancellation, you’ll see a full refund to your account.
  • You’re covered by our reservation guarantee. If your sitter or dog walker cancels within seven days of the first day of the booking, we’ll do everything we can to help find you a replacement sitter or dog walker. Check out our reservation guarantee page and Terms of Service for more detailed information.
