What is the reservation guarantee?

It doesn’t happen often, but if the sitter or dog walker you booked has to cancel at the last minute, we’ll work with you to find a new sitter or dog walker.

  • If we find a replacement, we’ll cover the cost difference between the original reservation and a new reservation, up to 25% percent of the total cost of the original reservation.
  • The service must be canceled by the sitter or dog walker within seven days of the service start date to qualify for the reservation guarantee. If any day of your booking falls on one of our recognized holiday dates, that changes to within 14 days of the service start date.
  • If we can’t find you a replacement, we’ll refund any funds you deposited for the canceled reservation.
