What do I do with duplicate booking requests?

As a sitter, you may occasionally get duplicate requests from the same pet parent.

  • Always respond to all requests in the order that they were received—even duplicates.
  • Here’s why: if you don’t respond to a request within 72 hours, your calendar will automatically be set to away until you manually update your status.

We’ll send you reminders to help you keep on top of requests and ensure your calendar is accurate. Once you’ve responded, you can archive messages to remove them from your inbox.
