How do I message my previous DogVacay clients?

After migrating your DogVacay account to Rover, you can message your DogVacay clients from your Rover inbox. It's a good idea to include a link to your new profile in your first message to help them book with you again. Here’s how:

1. Navigate to your Dashboard by selecting your name in the upper right corner of the screen.

2. Select View Profile on the upper left side of the screen by your profile photo.

3. Copy your URL from the address bar.

4. Navigate to the Past Stays section of your Inbox by selecting your name in the upper right corner of the screen. Then, select Past Stays.

5. Message your client your URL--that’s it! Your client will receive a notification of your message via email.
