How do I change the email address on file with my account?

Whether you're an owner or a pet care provider, you can easily update your email address on file with your Rover account. Here's how: 

1. Sign in to your Rover account, then click here to access the profile management page.

2. Scroll down to the section titled Your email address, then select change.

3. Enter your new email address, then select Send confirmation. A confirmation email will be sent to the original email address on file.

Note: If you no longer have access to the email address you used to create your account, then contact Rover Support.

4. Check your email and select the confirmation link within the message. Once you do that, we'll automatically update your account with the new email address.
