How do I change my account email address?

Keeping your contact info up-to-date is easy to do whether you’re an owner or a sitter. To update the email address that you currently have on file, follow these quick steps:


  1. Navigate to your profile by selecting your name in the upper right corner of the screen. Select Profile.


2. Select Update under Account Info.


3. Enter your new email address under the Personal Information section.


4. Scroll to the bottom of the page and select Save & Continue. You’re all set!

Important: If you’re logged into Rover on any other device you will automatically be logged out and will be asked to enter your new email address the next time you sign in.
